Let’s balance the 3Es®: Environment, energy and Economy

As a USA Energy Worker, family or friend, or an engaged citizen, I wish to express my SUPPORT for our American energy workers by signing this petition to let our national, state and local governments know the importance of working in collaboration with the private sector to develop energy policies that seek to Balance the 3Es®: Energy, Environment, and Economy. I believe access to American energy, including that found on federal lands and federal waters, makes our economy more robust, our energy more affordable and keeps America stronger so we don't have to ask OPEC+ for energy to fuel our economy. 

I support the men and women who put on their hard hats and steel toe boots each day to make sure every American can enjoy simple luxuries like turning on their lights and heating and cooling their homes. I also support these workers’ friends, families and coworkers who are part of their journey to Balance the 3Es®.

I am confident that our American energy workers enjoy green grass, clean air, and water. I am also confident that they value the national, economic, and energy security that results from a strong domestic energy sector. 

I believe our nation’s policies should recognize: 

• The value of our traditional and renewable energy workers and their jobs as we seek to Balance the 3Es® in America. 

• The positive contributions America's energy industry has made in energizing and building the world's largest economy. 

• The negative economic impacts high energy prices have on the American economy, especially those in poverty and people on fixed incomes. 

• America's energy policy should encourage an "all of the above" approach, which includes traditional and renewable resources.

• Oil and natural gas are forecasted to remain a foundational energy source in our nation’s energy complex. It is important that our nation’s energy policies recognize this long-range forecast.
